Administrative Assistant with Intermediate Excel

Service company located in TMR (near Metro) requires bilingual, detail oriented, conscientious individual

  • Duties include updating computer database (no programming) general administrative support, cus- tomer service and reception (updating Web Site an asset).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. MS Office (intermediate Excel (a must).
  2. Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.

Employment type: full time or part time.



Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Office hours

8 hours shift

Weekends Off

40+ hours / week
