Job Summary

Toronto Redi Mix is seeking a skilled Batcher Dispatcher. You will be responsible for batching concrete and scheduling drivers to accommodate delivery needs on a daily basis.

Business hours are Monday to Saturday. It is essential to be flexible to workload demands.

Work may require additional/overtime hours as per business demands.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in the concrete industry
Batch concrete
Order taking
Assist dispatcher with the scheduling of drivers
Order materials for daily operations
Liaison between Customers and Quality Assurance staff for on-site testing
Maintain and organize records and documentation

Qualifications:

Able to demonstrate exceptional Customer service skills - effective communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, empathy, quick thinking, and decision-making.
Proficient in working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Competent in dealing with a highly stressed environment.
Able to work effectively and efficiently with minimum/no supervision and/or in a team environment and, must be self-motivated.
Great interpersonal skills.
Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
Computer Proficient (Word, Excel).
