Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What will you do in this role?
As a Customer Care Advisor at Concentrix, you will:
Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendations on our products and services to meet their needs
Obtain, file, and input customer information and data
Listen attentively to our Member's needs, while demonstrating empathy and building rapport
Who You Are:
As a Customer Care Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge, and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.
